Lovely property, in a good placement for Bournemouth center, the BIC, shops and restaurants. Comfy, with a great kitchen and bathroom. Lights and cameras in the entrance alleyway, made it feel a bit more comfortable when coming back late at night. We would definitely stay again 👌

A bit tight for space walking around the bottom of the bed, very minor issue. Would benefit from a set of drawers for smalls in the bedroom area, as the wardrobe is on the small side. We stayed for a couple of days, so wasn't much of an issue.

We stayed in the top floor apartment which was extremely spacious, clean and had beautiful decor throughout. The instructions for parking and also entry into the building & apartment were very clear and all communication was very quick and also friendly. It was lovely having the balcony too which was used a few times despite the bad weather (lovely late September storms haha). The apartment itself was well equipped throughout including TV’s in each of the two bedrooms plus the beds were really comfy. The location was perfect with easy access to both the beach and the town with just a short walk (as long as you don’t mind hills) plus a shop, pub and several really nice restaurants nearby. Also, the off street parking behind the block was great too (managed to fit my BMW X3 in the end space easily).

All the family loved it! We were close to the beach, had lots of room and were very comfortable.

The property has a very nice, spatious living room and bedrooms, well equiped kitchen (part of the living room) and two bath rooms. At the end of the street (cca 300 m) the sea-shore can be reach easily.

The appartement is on the second floor and only stairs (The owners of the property had indicated this fact before)

Neat. Tidy. Very clean. Right size for 2 Modern and light. Well equipped kitchen.

The sofa could be a tad bigger and better quality. One towel each for three days and no dryer. The area is undergoing needed renovation. The last visitor had signed into Netflix in Spanish/portugeuse. We could find no way to exit it or sign ourselves in. However we did learn the language!

I re booked Sea Breeze after an exceptional previous stay. Once again, it was superb. It's the perfect location to the beach (at the end of the road!) with free parking, a luxury for the area! Plus a shop across the road and lots of restaurants within a minute walk. The hosts have great communication and i had no trouble locating the keys from the lockbox and finding the apartment from the private entrance. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay with a super comfy bed. I appreciated the little toiletries and drinks/biscuits provided. The interior design was modern and welcoming. I will certainly look here first when booking my holidays again.

My only suggestion would be a Mop and some cleaning supplies to help me maintain cleanliness while on a long stay and it will be easier for the cleaners when I leave.
