ERRE 19 Apartments

The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk to the city centre, major attractions, the seaside, and the train station. It’s very convenient for exploring the city. The place is also clean and well-maintained, making it perfect for travel. Overall, great value for money!

The place is perfect for a small family, the private parking was really welcome.

The shower box is small, which might make it complicated for a large person to take a shower.

Very clean, newly renovated and close to old town and beach

The location is very central and is not even a 5 minute walk to the beach and the old town. Free parking is included as well.

The photos posted are definitely older as there is wear and tear in all rooms. Both air conditioners were leaking water and the property manager was unresponsive until our last day of stay, so nothing was done. The bathroom from the neighboring unit (same owner), is sharing a wall next to the bed in this unit. The walls might as well have been made of paper because you can hear EVERYTHING. You can hear who is doing what on the toilet to which cycle their laundry machine is on. If someone is doing laundry, the drain in your bathroom will start making noises as it's all connected.

Personnel was friendly. The location of the appartment is great and the bed is comfortable.

We expected the bigger appartment (we were mistaken). The equipment of the kitchen and the bathroom itself is not good. It was not very clean (dusty in general, rusty and moldy shower) so we did not feel very comfortable. There is no cupboard. The locks were bad - it even fell off when we were checking out.

The location is great. The facilities were great. A private parking. A small laundry machine was very handy. We got every thing we needed. Pietro was very responsive and helpful.

the room is very small and was dusty, the bathroom wasn't clean and had a lot of rust stains. very noisy and the bed was uncomfortable. we paid a refundable cleaning fee that wasn't refunded to us. Don't recommend at all. At this price you can find something a lot betterm Actually this was the worst room I ever had in my life.

Great location, parking below the building, clean apartment with everything you need (washing machine, 2 tv’s, coffee). Very flexible host

Very, very tiny if 4 people are staying, once the pull out couch stretches you can hardly use the kitchen. There is no balcony to sit in and enjoy, just enclosed area to wash and dry clothes.
