Good bathroom provision, good internet

Place needs a lot of attention to maintenance - reported the very unsafe gas hob trivets resulting in a scalded hand to owner but no acknowledgement. Waste disposal not working therefore sink permanently blocked. Washing machine had filthy water in it and needed to rise 3 times. Fan not working in upstairs bathroom so all wet and steamy. Had to rewash all dishes on arrival as not clean. Kitchen floor was very dirty - needs mopping not just vacuuming. No keys to rear french doors. Not enough cutlery for 6 guests. So what could have been great accommodation is sadly let down by a multitude of issues that could easily be fixed

The house is clean and it looks exactly like what the photo showed on booking.com. One thing I would like to emphasize is that the host will reply your message pretty quick. You can actually get a hold of the host. (This is very important as a lot of host would not even reply you after you booked the house) Moreover, all the stuff you ever expect in a hotel like towels, shampoo, body soap, toilet paper..etc are all included.

If the duvet is a bit wider would get a perfect 10. Some of the members in my family said that the duvet is not wide enough.

This is an excellent property finished to a high standard. We stayed with 3 teenage kids after visiting Warwick castle. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved the hot chocolate that went in the coffee machine! The property is close to Coventry city centre where we ventured for an evening meal and would also be ideal for those visiting Warwick university. The property was excellent value for money and the host, was very responsive answering all our questions.
