"Avoid"

In disrepair, the baseboard of the room is rotting away. Black mold in the washroom. Dust on the surfaces. Used the hairdryer and it overheated. Smelled like it was going to catch on fire. So many bikes parked in the front, no space for people to walk out to the street.
