"Very good"

The facilities are modern and they have prepared many things so the move in was smooth.

There weren’t enough tabs for dishwasher and washing cloths. There weren’t enough toilet rolls either.

"Immaculate flat with secure parking"

Immaculately clean, nicely set up and decorated. Both beds en suite. Good equipment and kindly provided tea coffee and milk for that essential cuppa on arrival. Short walk into city centre. Secure parking

Booking it much more bureaucratic than anywhere else I have used. Had to upload ID documents to a site I hadn’t heard of, sign a contract and provide card details despite having paid in advance on booking.com.

"1 week in a refreshingly modern city centre flat hosted by great hosts!"

The space ( rooms are bigger than in the pictures), the contemporary style, great floorplan with 2 en-suites not close to each other ( meaning more privacy) the comfort of beds, the walking distance to town, having private parking 🅿️, the hosts ( friendly, attentive, quick to respond, very professional).

"Not the best won’t be staying again"

Clean and tidy good location

Wasn’t too pleased with our stay. Showers were boiling hot and couldn’t get it to work spoke to owners and still got no where we had a plumber with us that couldn’t work it out. Smoke and heat alarms located in the most awkward places and set the flat off if you even tried to cook. Also hate the when places do a 10am check out and 3pm check in what a waste of a day. To top it off there is a £200 fee to pay if you lose the 1 key they give you, all of this doesn’t leave you with Stress free trip.

"Comfortable apartment with good facilities"

Good sized flat with two good sized en-suite bedrooms. Plenty of utensils, washer-dryer and importantly a dishwasher, two good sized sofas, virgin WiFi. Comfortable. Good water pressure in shower. Convenient for centre as just at edge of town centre

No desk chair so had to work at the raised eating area.

"Perfect for attending an event in Leeds"

Good size. Convenient location for city centre. Parking was very useful. Great communication with owners/managers.
