The bed was comfy

The house had a bad smell constantly there was mouldy food and drinks in the fridge The shower didn’t work properly the temperature would go up and down every second

Simple idea...I just needed a room...but nice to have a kitchen, even just for a plate and cutlery for a takeaway...bathroom really clean,, garden view from Room 2 an extra treat. I would book again for sure.

Really disappointed with the checkin process. My check in time had been accepted but then when I arrived there on time there was nobody there to let me in and no information provided to explain how to access. I had been up since 3am so really wanted to sleep straight after my booked 1500 check in time. There was nobody answering the phone number given. Eventually landlady turned up but that was 2.5 hours later. Otherwise it was a nice stay and friendly landlady.

Although the room was small it provided just what I required for 1 night, comfy bed, TV was in excellent position to view from bed and included wifi to access my own services. Tea kettle milk etc was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Parking was on street and limited, however I was lucky enough to park outside the house next door, I hope this didn't annoy the neighbours.
