Location, the apartment itself and service were all excellent!

Using the app to open the door was a little bit tricky at the start but staff were very helpful with this.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, man war innerhalb weniger Minuten am Bahnhof Sao Bento und auch ansonsten war alles fußläufig erreichbar.

L'appartement et la situation de l'emplacement.

La clé numérique pas très fiable. Heureusement que nous avons eu la carte wifi car l'application sur le téléphone fonctionnait très mal voire pas du tout.

Clean.

Cannot sleep or entire stay. Noise can be heard from the 2nd floor apartment from the club below right up until 4am. Asked them before booking and they lied, and said you cannot hear anything. Defective fridge beside bed runs all night with loud buzzing noise. Also main apartment door to street is defective and doesn't close properly, anyone can simply walk in to the building. Clumsy app you have to install to get in the studio, always a pain. Hands-down, the worse studio; as this is not an apartment I have ever stayed at. Management off site wasn't interested in doing anything.
