GBWe had a fabulous stay. The pod, as my husband said, had everything we needed, and nothing we didn't. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable in the accommodation and in the garden area. The bird song in the morning was incredible to wake up to. It was all spotlessly clean and tidy with lovely touches, and as described on booking.com It was also a good base for visiting Hobbiton and the surrounding area. We would thoroughly recommend

PTCheri and Gary were perfect hosts. The property is very calm and we could hear birds. Cheri made us some delicious cookies, we felt right at home!
