every thing It's good place to stay. The owner is very soft and polite in behaviour. Their service is good. The location is also good but since it is old city someone might find it bit difficult on the first go...but once u spent a day..it will be very easy. Overall, a great value-for-money stay with a peaceful and devotional vibe. Highly recommended for families visiting Ujjain! Location is a big plus! It’s around 1 km from Mahakaal Temple, about 400–500 meters from Harsiddhi Mata Temple and Ramghat—all easily walkable. The street is slightly narrow, like most temple areas, but it’s only a short 40–50 meter walk to the homestay from the main road, so it wasn’t an issue at all.

Even after having a confirmed booking, on reaching, the hotel refused to provide the booked rooms citing some construction work being in progress at the property. A totally shocking, unprofessional and disappointing experience to say the least. Please note that this happened to a group of 4 women who then had to run around looking for an alternate hotel in the scorching heat in a new unknown city. Booking.com needs to have a stricter vetting system in place while listing hotels on its website so that travellers/pilgrims to the holy city of Ujjain do not suffer such horrendous situations.

My recent stay at Jatin's homestay in Ujjain was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, especially those wanting to be close to the Mahakaleshwar Temple. From the moment we arrived, Jatin and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Their hospitality truly made our trip even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location of the homestay is simply unbeatable. Being so close to the Mahakaleshwar Temple was a huge advantage Room so clean and very comfortable.

Temple was close to hotel I was a given.

I booked this hotel online and they gave me another hotel names new bharti hotel saying their hotel is in renovation. After reaching new bharti hotel it was our worst experience. The hotel staff didn't bother to change bedsheets, dustbins were not cleaned on time. Commode was shaking, water supply was stopped all of a sudden.
