"The worse experience of over 100 stays."

Nothing. The neighborhood was frightening with boarded and broken windows. The pictures of the house remodel looked great but we were unable to go inside. We ended up booking another place to stay because the area looked and felt like a ghetto. After several attempts to receive compensation or a refund because we didn't feel safe staying there. We received nothing. Both the service and owner were not at all concerned or cooperative to our safety concerns.
