Aeropuerta Mini Villa - Private self check-in Layover near Airport

We chose it for last night near the airport. House is big, enough room for 4 or 5. Everything needed is there with regular Jordanian quality. Host offered a local cab to airport, very good choice, was on-time and easy drive to airport, thanks.

I suggest to equip kitchen with more mugs, we found only small ones :)

The communication from the host was excellent, he was quick to respond and helpfully recommended a good restaurant not far away. It was near the airport which was our reason for staying, before an early flight.

Although the compound had a lock, the front door did not, which made some members of the party uncomfortable, especially as the house is in scrubland with no buildings immediately alongside or opposite. There could have been secure parking in the compound but the key to the relevant (locked) gate was not made available, so the car was left outside. The garden was untidy. Inside, whilst it was spacious, it was untidy and the beds had not been fitted with clean linen following previous occupancy. I also thought the towels had not been washed. The shower in the upstairs bathroom flooded the floor. At night, there were prolonged bouts of barking from a number of dogs in the vicinity. There was plenty of aircraft noise (not unexpected).

Nice Villa, more like an Airbnb. Could have easily stayed there for a couple of weeks.

Cancelled when we were boarding flight with young children; our reservation was made 9 weeks before the visit so this is not acceptable.

Kind and super helpful host, went out his way to make sure we had everything we needed, very easy to communicate with. The villa is beautiful and very private. Kids loved playing in the outdoor playground.
