The idea of it , we were booked for 8 nights ,after 2 nights we checked out with no refund due to poor value and expectations not met

Food , location , facilities , just about everything . Specifically their policy no food or drink to be brought in to rooms . . In all honesty the bamboo construction of most of the place , straight budget eg literally tied together with fishing nylon

the hotel is beautiful! the incredible landscape, you are in contact with nature! The staff is very friendly and attentive to my well-being.

Rooms were amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Great to be able to swim and snorkel directly from the room. Facilities were excellent and very friendly staff. Good breakfast and very good fried chicken

everything's fine although they could improve on their waiting time for preparing food especially on their complimentary breakfast i was bummed coz none of the jet skis work

Breakfast is okay, location wise, dinning areas is a bit far from the rooms

There’s no mode of communication while in our rooms, we need to go all the way down to the front desk to ask for something or ask for help. The bamboo walk path looks nice but hard to walk by especially to old people. Some of the poolside edge tiles’ sharp and also the pool tiles where the lounge chair are is very slippery , it’s an accident made to happen.

Everything! It is paradise!! Iwho in the Philippines don't visit this resort, as if he did not live! All wishes comes true here.
