I dint even get to see the apartment, firstly it was in an awful area I haven't seen that many rubbish outside on the road, terrible place for parking,we had to drive around for 20 minutes to find somewhere to park the car, then we managed to get in to the building,we had all our luggage,the apartment was on the 5th floor,the lift wasn't working,one of my sisters had knee operation so no way she could climb the stairs all the way to 5th floor .I had to call the agent and explained to her at that point I was angry and exhausted but she was helpful and offered us a better location and apartment on the first floor . after all we are happy with end outcomes.
