OK no pat was in the in the kitchen, no hot water showers broken down

Absolutely nothing. This place is is need of serious upgrade and cleaning. Hot water dont work.

We would have made a booking for apartment J3 and the host gave up our booking without calling to confirm , upon calling check in time and time she advised the booking was not available which was surprising as I did confirm my check-in time on the 28th of July she advised on the page it says cancellation pending , which you would be seeing that on the day they would give you to cancel, I'm saying as a host why would you not call to confirm if the persons wanted to cancel. She offered us another place (H6) which she advised was Bigger (H6) but in my opinion that place was never ready for guest, the kitchen pipe kept running since we got there to until we left, there was no trash bag in the place , the bathroom had no bin, THERE WAS ONLY ONE TOILET PAPER FOR 3 PPL , no paper towel which she advised they don't provide , which is very strange and first time hearing this booking an Air BNB no complimentary water or snack and these thing make a stay a lot better, upon calling to advised her she noted no one was close by to drop those off and she already left work, the bed was also unclean not to mention the balcony , and I get that it is outdoor but if the place was prepare for a guest it would have been cleaned, worst experience with the stay. the only good part was the location and since we stayed there few times before.

Being told to call 20 minutes ahead then learning there's no room available. Unacceptable!!!
