Robles’ Unit at 81 Newport Boulevard

We go the standard family with two full size bed and sofa bed. The pull out bed is safe for the kids. The kitchen has big fridge, microwave. The pool for kids has heater. The security guards are friendly. There are brooms and rags.

The internet modem kept on disconnecting. I think the sky cable should provide a new modem. There were little cockroaches in the trash cabinet. I suggest to spray baygon in it, as well as the comforter cabinet. Spray on the door way as well. We do that in our home every month. The line of baygon kept the house secured, just sweep the dead insects the next day.

Location was great

Reception was a bit unfriendly

we never waited for the owner of the unit. as soon as we hopped off our grab car, Sir Melvin called my husband's name with a smile and had a short intro for everything we may expect and what we can do and up we go to the unit. location is great since it's just a few minutes walk using the foot bridge near Belmont Hotel (with a lift/elevator) going to NAIA Terminal 3. there was also bancheto/night market near the place if you wanted cheaper meals and refreshments. we are coffee lovers and we loved the place it's because there were 2 sbux within the area as well as restaurants, watsons and laundry. water heater worked very well, the fridge and comfy bed with a pull out and a sofa bed.
