Riverside studio A 4, sauna

L’alloggio è situato in una zona molto tranquilla e l’arrivo con l’auto è stato semplice e senza problemi. Il check-in autonomo è stato agevole grazie alla cassetta delle chiavi, con istruzioni chiare e codice fornito rapidamente. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di materiale informativo sulle attività e sui punti di interesse nei dintorni. L’host si è dimostrato sempre rapido nel rispondere alle nostre domande.

L’appartamento era sporco: sul letto erano presenti macchie gialle, capelli e peli, e abbiamo riscontrato accumuli di polvere dietro i termosifoni, sotto il letto e anche alcune ragnatele. Inoltre, l’alloggio non risultava per niente caldo! Nel complesso l’alloggio risulta un po’ datato e ci sono diversi aspetti che necessiterebbero di una revisione o di interventi di manutenzione. Ad esempio, il faretto del soffitto era penzolante, la zona doccia è stretta e l’utilizzo della lavatrice è quasi impossibile poiché lo sportello si apre solo parzialmente urtando il water. La sauna, inoltre, non era funzionante.

Die Lage war super, sehr ruhig und man hatte alles was man braucht. Es lagen auch viele Flyer zu verschiedenen Aktivitäten auf. Die Gastgeberin war nett und hat uns sogar geschrieben als man Nordlichter sehen konnte

Das Apartment war leider etwas dreckig und auch sonst in die Jahre gekommen. Deckenspot hing aus der Decke raus, Lichtschalterabdeckung war weg, Flecken auf der Schlafcouch

The location was great. The property is well maintained. The host was very nice.

Czysta i wyposażona kuchnia, toaleta i prysznic są schludne.

Cała pościel wymaga zmiany, jest zużyta, trzeba ją samemu zakładać, 1 noc nie grzał jeden kaloryfer, bez samochodu nie wynajmuj, gospodarz ma wiele wymagań choć sam mógłby się bardziej postarać.Niewiele potrzeba by pobyt był bardziej komfortowy-drobne naprawy, wypranie plam na łóżku, zakładanie pościeli.Mimo wszystko nie było źle stąd dość dobra ocena.

Lieu calme et reposant, facile d’accès et assez bien équipé

Pas de salle de bain, douche directement derrière la porte, attention à la porte qui se ferme automatiquement derrière vous, ils nous ont facturé 30euros pour le fait d’être venu nous ouvrir. Pas de douche avant 7h du matin et après 21h…

Расположение прекрасное! Маленькая сауна очень кстати в апартаментах, парковка своя. Все компактно и все есть для комфорта. По соотношению цены все устроило!

We had a rental car and the access to the accomodation was easy. There was a key box and we received the code upfront. The communication with the host was good, we received always quick reaction to our questions. The apartment isn't big, but had everything we needed, even a small sauna, kitchen was very well equipped. There is a sofa bed and a bed that can be reached via stairs (not suitable for older people). For a super market you have to go to Rovaniemi center, but with a rental car this is not a problem.

Everything was OK, appartement is as described.
