Le gérant de l’établissement est super ! C’est une personne très serviable, il a tout mis à disposition pour que notre séjour ce passe bien 😊 Le petit-déjeuner spécialité mexicaine était super bon.

A friendly host with a great concept for his hotel. The pool is refreshing and the breakfast is tasty.

Our room was large and clean but during our stay it was still extremely barbone.

Benjeman is a super host, which alone makes this property a gem. Kind, professional, helpful and inspiring person from Manchester (UK) with a big vision who is making something wonderful happen in this community. Properly is nice and solid and spacious. Internet is solid and reliable both in rooms and in common areas. Huge plus for those who rely on it for work. Rooms are quiet and clean. Bed was A+, very comfortable. Breakfast was grea,t made with love and care. Unlimited Quality tea and coffee and fresh purified water. Met some wonderful other guests and the property seems to attracta similar crowd. I felt good overall with my stay, and I would revisit. Dog friendly and very quiet at night. Liked the rooftop sun and the ability to do yoga in rooms and up on the roof. Lots of space and nature all around.

The water pressure in my room was low, hot water in the shower was not heating up for me. Not enough furniture in the room for comfortable sitting or writing or cooking. (but host was accommodating to provide me with a chair, and there was a nice public hallway with nice desks). The windows have no screens - thankfully, there were not too many mosquitoes, but it did bother me as i found myself having to cover my hands and feet and tried to kill two mosquitoes. There is Construction in progress (building a cenote) so this impacts the beauty but I think the price would also come higher once the construction is finished. The pools color didnt look clean and fresh it looked cloudy. This is not the property’s fault, but as I went for morning runs outside the hotel I saw a path to run less than 500 metres. There was a 20 metres of garbage dump right in nature. It feels sad to see and makes running and walking in that path unpleasant. This is common for New Year's - I could hear people and music of the village nearby for 2 days during New Year's. (It’s good to know this for people who are seeking total silence and solitude during holidays.)

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans l'établissement (2 nuits en famille de 5). Benjamin, le propriétaire, est d'une extrême gentillesse et dévoué à son projet d'hotel eco-responsable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables, la piscine très grande et la salle de petit déjeuner agréable, fait de produits frais locaux. Benjamin nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter Merida et les environs.

Peut être un peu de mobilier manquant dans les chambres pour leur donner encore un peu plus de style, mais pas forcément quelque chose de gênant. Seul bémol qui n'est pas imputable à l'hotel, la distance au centre de Merida est un peu plus grande que ce que nous avions en tête (plutot 40-45 minutes avec le traffic). Mais l'hotel est au calme dans la campagne, donc cela dépend de ce qui est recherché.

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit viel Natur. Benjamin ist ein super Gastgeber und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Hier kann man richtig abschalten und entschleunigen.

Benjamin nos recibió muy amable. Todo estuvo hermoso y la comida muy rica. Al estar en medio de la selva, es lógico que haya bichos por todos lados.

Gospodarz Benjamin jest wspaniały, dzięki jego rekomendacjom, przeżyliśmy niesamowite 3 dni w tym regionie. Doświadczyliśmy prawdziwego meksykańskiego festynu i corridy w pobliskim miasteczku. Benjamin specjalnie wymyślał nam propozycję meksykańskiego śniadania każdego dnia. Tak naprawdę on tworzy wartość tego miejsca, służy pomocą w każdym momencie, a jego "rekomendacje" są bezcenne. WiFi jest bardzo dobre, gospodarz posiada stałe połączenie Starlink. Części wspólne i basen są ładnie urządzone w minimalistycznym stylu.

Gdyby obiekt był skończony, szczególnie budynek w którym mieszkaliśmy, ocena byłaby 15/10. Niestety pokoje są nieskończone, nie ma w nich wyposażenia, stołu, krzeseł, lustra, czegokolwiek, oprócz łóżka i murowanych półek. Nie ma moskitier, a to obiekt wśród dżungli. Pokój nie był wyczyszczony i przygotowany po budowie, wszędzie były ślady po przerwanych pracach budowlanych. Wszystko wokół naszego budynku było tymczasowe czyli: pełno materiałów budowlanych, śmieci, wypalonej trawy itd. Brak uporządkowania otoczenia, przed otwarciem dla gości. Niestety pierwszej nocy musieliśmy wypełniać otwory w drzwiach folią, gdyż framuga nie była przytwierdzona pianką do ściany. Gospodarz naprawił to od razu na naszą prośbę.

I loved that the owner is building an eco hotel, and reuses all the material from the environment. Everything felt very natural and pieceful. Everything was clean, nature was very present and it is for sure a place I like to go back to. The room was very calm, bed very comfy and shower really nice. Also there was the oppertunity to cook for myself, clean shower water with not so much chlorine like other places in Mexico and there was temazcal which i really loved! Also the owner is really helpful and helped me with all my questions and I had really good conversations with. The local people also made some food, which was very tastful. I am very happy that I choose to stay here.

The people that stayed there when I was there, which were really loud, with phones loud and everything, but could isolate myself from it and was not really something the owner could anything about.
