Die Lage war sehr gut.

Sehr abgewohnt, alles dreckig Spinngeweben überall. Toaster so wie die ganze Küche war nicht nutzbar da so dreckig. Wir haben erstmal alles geputzt. Keine richtige Verdunklung. An den Türen ist die fabe abgeplatzt. Im Treppenhaus riecht es sehr muffig. Nachbarn hat man gehört.

Lage zur Stadt, Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür

Ein unangenehmer, alter, muffiger Geruch! Das Bett hat bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung gequietscht und sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Beim Eingang sind zwei Bodenfliesen komplett locker ohne das man es sieht und man drauf tritt, kann das schon gefährlich werden.
