Greece Sea Villas Kaki Thalassa 400m to the beach ,Athens

The villa was luxurious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful, quiet surroundings made our stay truly special. The beach was just a short walk away. We especially loved the heated pool and the exceptional level of cleanliness throughout the property. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relax. Next time, we'll rent a car so that we can explore the surrounding area.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt fernab des Touristenstromes. Die Lage ist traumhaft und super ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen, nur ca.25 min vom Flughafen entfernt und perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Dank des Vermieters Alex sind wir in den 5 Tagen vollends auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Er kennt alle Spots und tollen Strände und ist extrem besorgt um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, modern und sehr sauber, es fehlt einfach an nichts (und falls doch, Alex besorgt es innerhalb kürzester Zeit:))! Jeden Morgen Frühstück auf der Terrasse in der Sonne - einfach herrlich. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Keratea, ca. 8 km entfernt.

Wir hatten beide Villen von Alex und haben dort Zeit mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Beide Villen sind luxuriös ausgestattet und verfügen über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Alex ist ein ganz besonderer Gastgeber der sich rührend um uns gekümmert hat. Er hat sogar den Balkon für unsere Tochter Babysicher gemacht und steht immer für Fragen bereit! Die Villen sind toll gelegen, zum mehr sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, das Wasser ist kristallklar. Wir sind nun bereits das zweite Mal da und würden immer wieder kommen.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

What blew us away: The setting & views: Waking up every morning to that shimmering sea, the waves, and sunsets mood that feel like a painting — it’s everything you hope for on vacation and more. The house itself: Spotless, beautifully designed, fully equipped. You see that Alex thought of everything. From cozy lounge areas to premium beds and comfy furniture — absolute luxury but still warm & inviting. Alex: An absolute gem. Friendly, helpful, super responsive. Not pushy, just ready to help with anything so your stay feels effortless. That kind of host turns a great stay into a truly seamless, worry-free one. Why this is more than just a 5-star stay: This isn’t just about getting what you pay for — it’s about exceeding expectations. You feel relaxed, you feel pampered, and you repeatedly think, “I’m so glad we found this place.” There were no small annoyances, no “if only” moments. Just perfect.

The villa is beautiful, equipped with everything you might need for your stay. There’s a gas bbq, the kitchen has all amenities and appliances. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the area nice and quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach and the local restaurants. The host could not have been more helpful and even took us to the supermarket to get our food shop, thank you! It’s definitely worth renting a car if you want to get around a lot.
