GBroomy two double bed place, lounge for relaxing included a nice 1st floor juliet balcony, close to the train station, shops and a buzzing restaurant area. felt very secure at ground level and the flat itself. dishwasher too.
for us english tea drinkers some bigger mugs in the kitchen would have been great or perhaps a teapot.

Water pressure is very low. There is a nasty smell coming from bathroom water drains. There is an African bar across it, and you can hear drunk people until late night.no laundry machine. World's smallest shower cabin.1

Small shower, like crazy small! If you are over about 80kg you will struggle to move in there. Smell of cigarettes in the lobby is overpowering but thankfully in the apartment there is no smell.

CAThe Location great walk to the Apt from the Train Station. The Apt was quite large and very nice with vaulted ceilings, large windows and wood French doors on each room. The down side was the tiny tiny shower and lack of towels. Other than that it was great! Don’t be disturbed over having to pay the linen fees the Apt is still a great value. ( The owner just should raise the price to include the linen fees for both bdrms and be done with it. ) The the lady we communicated with was helpful. You can walk to the coop super market and a Beg market is a block away as are many great shops and restaurants up a block and across the street. We walked to the Cinque Terre Ferry and took the wonderful 8 hour boat tour to Cinque Terra well worth the low price. Lots to do in La Spezia again! We tried to extend but it was booked up! We would definitely stay at this property again!!

AUVery well kept and clean apartment with complete kitchen..
Booking.com price is not correct. We paid extra for towels and linen as well as taxes. Also the host charged us 30 euro for the key card which I lost during our Cinque Terre trip. I looked at the key card prices on the internet.. They cost only a fraction of this price..
