Lampu rusak, shower rusak, kurang persiapan cek in, makanannya tidak enak (ayam keras, bubur kayak air sop).

Please renew the facilities

The ac and the toilet and bathroom door didn't close properly

The location is perfect, in the central of the city.

We need to ask doormat first to receptionist, and took almost 30 minutes to get it. I think the supervisor should check and recheck the list his staff, so all room have complete amenities.

Clean and comfortable for a night.

Bathroom was very small. Lift slow.

Location of hotel is good, very close to things I needed during my stay at Citebon city. Stuff at hotel is very helpful and the on the top when it comes to house keeping and room service. Breakfast food was good.

We had small issue with air conditioning in our room, but that was resolved fast. Personally I like when shower is inside bathroom along with toilet as separate room from living space. But it is that you get what you pay for. Only thing that I really did not liked was that smoking is allowed in hallways, so smell from smoke will enter room easily.
