I loved how peaceful and quiet it was , without constant music throughout the hotel or pool area. It’s very well kept and clean and the views are lovely.

Didn’t like that some of the birds were kept in a small cage, but maybe this was temporary. I also felt that the pony and donkeys should have a bigger space or field to roam, however they are obviously well cared for and very friendly, but having a horse myself I feel they need a bigger area. It was lovely seeing an elderly donkey.

Prachtig domein, heel vriendelijk personeel. Op de receptie worden er goede tips gegeven. Tip om dichtbij te eten restaurant Luis do Prego. In Tavira Come na gaveta MAAR reserveren!

Het ontbijt was goed maar afwisseling van fruit en/of beleg is noodzakelijk bij langer verblijf. Diner in hotel kan prijs/kwaliteit beter.

Es la tercera que nos alojamos aquí. Nos gusta mucho por el ambiente, el concepto y sus instalaciones. La piscina es estupenda. Este año parece que han tenido en cuenta las sugerencias de años anteriores y ha mejorado el servicio del restaurante tanto en los desayunos como en las cenas. Un lugar para desconectar y descansar.

Que hayan quitado la opción de bebida a cambio de no hacer la habitación. Eso estaba muy bien. Y tampoco han ampliado la carta de almohadas.

A localização é linda! Estamos no meio do campo, está muito bem enquadrado. O quarto muito confortável, a piscina muito agradável.

Falta de staff ao pequeno-almoço o que tornou o serviço lento e com falta de artigos.

Beautiful location, peaceful surroundings, very friendly staff, pool was warm and perfect for swimming. We have a toddler so feeding the animals was a big highlight. The grounds have fresh herbs, flowers, and fruits growing everywhere. The dinner was better than we expected. They also offer late check-out (until 4pm), which was perfect for us as we had a night flight.

There is only one person working in the restaurant as host/waitstaff during breakfast, lunch and dinner. We felt bad for them as they had so much to manage, but they were very friendly. They even work the bar, which wasn't fully stocked (no Aperol, for example).
