"Lovely quiet, clean apartment"

Great, clean apartment and quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Large bathrooms. Well presented with clean towels and bedding. Some cleaning products provided

FYI thin blinds in the rooms. Firm mattress and double, firm pillows (obviously everyone has their own preferences). No dishwasher tablets or washing machine products provided. Some areas in need of a bit of TLC. Parking fob was missing. Only hanging space for clothes

"We had a very happy Christmas together as a family in this lovely apartment in the heart of Liverpool"

Stayed here with my family for 11 nights over Christmas and new year. It was perfectly spacious and clean for our small infants to crawl around. It was comfortable and cozy with a great TV, dining and kitchen area. It has a second bedroom as well which we ended up using for one of our babies cribs. Amazing location. 10 min walk into town or 20 min walk to Sefton park and lark lane. Also park road has all the amenities you need, there is a big tescos round the corner.

Nicole is a fantastic, friendly, extremely helpful host and responds immediately to any questions. The apartment was modern, very clean and well equipped with a dishwasher too. The electric shower was piping hot and the electric radiators in each room wee easy to use and made it nice and toasty. Although on the second floor there is a big lift which was useful. The apartment complex is in a very quiet well kept area and the tenants we met were very friendly. It was very quiet and we slept very well in the comfortable bed. Parking for one car in an allocated bay with security gates that gave peace of mind. It’s about a 5 minute drive to the city centre and there is a massive Tescos a 10 minute walk away for all your groceries. Will definitely stay here again.

"AVOID AVOID THIS HOST AT ALL COSTS- A Nightmare Experience"

I’m writing this review after waiting FOUR MONTHS for an unresolved issue with this host, who blatantly violated Booking.com’s policies and charged me £205 for damages I didn’t cause. Let me share my experience so you can avoid this nightmare. 1. Illegal Deposit Demand Upon booking, the host sent me a link demanding a £200 deposit. According to Booking.com’s policies (which I confirmed with customer service), the maximum deposit for this type of property is £100. This was the first red flag of many. 2. False Claims of Damage The host accused me of breaking a toilet seat and charged an outrageous amount to replace it. The reality? The toilet seat was already cracked when I arrived, and the quality was so poor that it looked like it could snap at any moment. Charging me for something I didn’t do is unacceptable. 3. Manipulative Charges for Wall Painting The host also claimed they needed to repaint an entire wall due to “finger stains.” This is laughable because the walls were already filthy with yellow stains when I arrived! It’s clear they were looking for any excuse to make me pay for their property maintenance. 4. Horrible Property Conditions Let’s not even talk about the stinky, unclean carpet and the overall lack of hygiene in the property. This was one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. Booking.com’s Failure to Resolve Since September, I’ve called Booking.com repeatedly, hoping for a resolution. Every time, they assured me the issue would be fixed in “5 business days,” only to disappear without taking action. After four months of false promises, I’ve lost trust in Booking.com entirely. This Host is Exploiting Guests It’s clear this host is using Booking.com to fund their property maintenance by falsely accusing guests and pocketing their deposits. This is robbery, plain and simple. Don’t Let Them Take Advantage of You I’ve stayed in numerous properties in Liverpool where the hosts didn’t even ask for a deposit
