"Overall is ok but it shouldn’t be a 4 star accommodation as it is misleading."

It’s clean.

The mattress is uncomfortable. There weren’t enough coffee and milk, there weren’t any sugar, salt and paper, no bottles opener. It’s a four star accommodation so these things are a standard facility for these items as there are no local shops nearby. A proper coffee maker is a must have for family of 3. The front and back garden needs cutting, not nice to look out. Net curtains needed on all windows as open the curtains people can see through the windows when changing clothes!

The interior was fine, although the curtains did not fit the windows. The kitchen was well equipped

I think we were one of the first guests to stay since the property was renovated. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was great for 3 people, would have been tight on space (bedrooms are "cozy") and needed another bathroom for more guests.

The back yard is completely trashed. Appears that the property was purchased and renovated for rental use and (naturally) the primary focus was the interior. Now hire two yard workers for an afternoon and it will be looking fine. Furniture (and mattresses) was fine since it was brand new, but it was low quality and likely will not wear well for rental use.
