Maisonnette VV 155- Ortigia Holidays

Great kitchen and bathroom. Loved the layout and size of the accommodation. I like the fact that we picked up the keys and paid the city tax at an office. This makes it a lot easier and no worries about scams. The staff were excellent. One of the staff walked with us to the accomodation to make sure we were ok.

It is a stylish and comfortable maisonette with modern facilities such as a smart TV and a double shower which is a luxurious touch. It is in a great location to explore the island and the view of the sea from the bedroom is lovely to wake up to. Would stay here again!

The owners were a delight to deal with and let us in early and were very informative re parking and entrance. The main issue was the terrible bedding , sheets did not fit the bed and were of a very poor quality and did not feel freshly laundered. The towels need to be thrown out as they were soaked after one use. The whole apartment needs a deep and thorough clean. The location was great . The inside was painted a very dark unattractive shade of brown and so consequently made the interior very dark and somewhat depressing.

This was an amazing apartment in a fantastic location. Everything about it was easy and comfortable and modern.

There wasn’t anything that we did not like about the property. I think we were a little taken aback by how upscale Ortigia is. It reminded me a bit of stone harbor nj…. Because of the wealth of the visitors. A little uppity. And yet it is absolutely gorgeous and the locals were lovely.
