The room was spacious, close to the city historic center. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, cheese and ham, yogurt with cornflakes, cakes and croissants.

We decided to rent a quadruple room (1 large double bed & 1 sofa bed) for a 3 nights stay, in order to be more comfortable and have each one of us his own bed. They charged us extra, in order to prepare with linen the second bed/sofa! The sofa bed was really uncomfortable! Another bad surprise was that the bathroom was outside of the room!!! We haven't been informed about that "detail" before our arrival!!! We had to cross the coridor, and possibly meet other guests, in order to go to the bathroom!!! In the room there wasn't any tea/coffee maker or electric kettle, as promised by the reservation! The room and the bathroon, even the trash cans, have never been cleaned during our stay!!! In addition to your reply, i add a photo of my confirmation email. I can't see anywhere that "the bathroom is in front of the private room!" I also don't see anywhere that "the kettle and coffee machine there is written that they are in the kitchen not in the room!" And finally I don't see anywhere that "since you wanted to add another bed for the sofa bed, of course there is the extra charge for adding the linen being that you add a bed!" I use exactly your words, that's why I add a photo of your reply too. About the cleaning of the room and the bathroom, unfortunately I haven't taken any photos, so I can't prove that.

Nice apartment with great location in the heart of the city of Lecce. Very quiet at night. The entrance to the building is clean and safe. The apartment is large, clean and warm. Close to all the main attractions in Lecce. The host was very kind, he was there for all our requests. Every morning he boiled hot water for me to make my coffee and tea. Breakfast is very good, varied and plentiful. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone and if we go to Lecce again, we will choose this accommodation. Great 10/10.

Did not stay here. After a look at the room we decided to travel somewhere else. So we booked a room in Gallapolli instead

Excellent position in the proximity of the historical part of town. Breakfast was very tasty, with a nice selection of foods. The host was vey kind. A bathrobe was provided together with the towels

Note that the bathroom of one of the two rooms is across the corridor.
