Worst customer service. Check-in time is 3pm, but nobody contacted us to inform about the check in instruction until 5pm!!!! We arrived at 3pm so we kept on messaging them on booking.com, WhatsApp and even tried calling, but no response at all! (We even texted a day before our arrival asking for check-in instructions but no reply whatsoever). They only responded to our text around 5pm, and not a single apology for reaching out to us very late 🤷🏻‍♀️ we had to go through the trouble looking for their receptionist's phone number to ask for help and it was soooo difficult for that person as well because the agent was literally 'missing' and can't be reach 😪 Fortunately, the receptionist was really helpful and managed to help us checking in at almost 4pm. As for checking out, no one informed us the instructions as well. Again, no communication and poor customer service 👎🏻 Room-wise, there's a lot of lights that didn't work. Example, the toilet is very dark cause only 1 of them work. The walls? they really need to repaint them. Bed? One of them is too hard. Toilet doorframe? Some parts are moldy. Honestly, we could tolerate all of those if only the service was great. But because we were too disappointed with the service and communication, our stay instantly became stressful. We'd never come back here.

1)salah satu tandas lock tp tiada tindakan Dr owner(janji hntr maintenance tp tiada pun sunyi saja)😏 2)ruang udara rumah bau lembab(sya d serang sakit tekak ke esokkan harinya.)😮‍💨 3)rumah berhabuk😵‍💫 4)aircond leaking😒 5)dalam rumah cuma ada 1cermin d masterbad room🫩 6)faham murah tp jgn telampau tidak mjaga persekitaran rumah 🤔 7)tong sampah dalam rumah cuma ada 1 di dapur itu pun tiada plastik sampah(tandas tiada tong sampah)🤔

I would like to mention that one of beds in the apartment feel quite firm and is not very comfortable to sleep on

-Easy check in -Easy to park -Easy to enter the mall -Comfortable -Veey clean

some of the room amenities need to be fix. Like the towel rack in the toilet.

House maintenance was very, very BAD. Moldy and smelly. Bed was hard and Toilet is scarry. (I have photos if you would like to see)
