We was in room 1 compact but got everything you need. Excellent bar with a quality atmosphere. Location is excellent too. Top host too.

Spotless hotel. Amazing location for the train station & surrounding bars. Staff very friendly felt like friends by the time I left. Loved the bar downstairs & the clientele that used the bar. Great atmosphere both the Friday & Saturday evening. Best b&b I’ve stayed in, in Blackpool & will 💯 be staying again! Thank you Chris & staff for a great stay x

Shower did take a while to heat up apart from that everything else was perfect.

This is a delightful hotel. I received a very warm welcome and had everything clearly explained. My room (small double) was perfect. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well equipped with everything I needed and more. The hotel is perfectly situated for transport, parking, shopping and nightlife. There is a bar on site which is very friendly and has a wide selection of drinks. The bar was pleasantly busy and had a great atmosphere on the evening I used it, with excellent hosts & welcoming clientele. Despite the bar being vibrant I couldn't hear any noise from it when I was in my room. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment and will most certainly be staying again.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Great bar with a brilliant vibe. Forgot my charger and hotel lent me one of there’s. And very close to the train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We like this hotel for it's great location, spotlessly clean rooms and well decorated interior. It also has the plus side of having it's own bar open long enough for guests to pop on for a couple of drinks before going out.

After a few drinks, we were a bit loud on returning to the property and had a little accident with one of the fire extinguishers on at the top of the stairs. Chris was right a bit miffed at this. However, we feel his attitude towards us was very abrupt. We didn't appreciate his "Just go to bed" remark. We did resolve the issue over txt message in the morning but never seen Chris at all after the incident and not even when we left. This left us feeling that he was infact more bothered about the incident than his messages let on.

Great location, rooms nice and clean, host was friendly and helpful

Bathroom was a little disappointing it had a folding door that was really hard to open and close and very noisy - fixings worn, loose towel and toilet roll rails, also towels quite small and shower water pressure poor, it did get hot after a while

Location is great. Chris the owner was really nice and informative. Great little of bar and fab drinks choice.
