"Wonderful stay. Would easily come back ......"

*Location - wonderfully close to everything you may need *Staff - warm and welcoming *Easy check in *Value for money - the room has more than everything you may need in it *Sound proofing - fabulous when the bar was open (which is not every night and shut by 10pm or 1030pm) you could just hear a dull sound so if you wanted a early night it is possible *Felt safe and secure.

*There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like would easy come back - I would just say like many english building sometimes the stairs may be a issue for those with mobility issues.

It was right near blackpool North Train station, there was everything you needed in the room, even a fridge and coffee machine, and the owner Chris was a lovely man.

Fantastic location right near the Lgbt bars and train station and quick walk to the front, very quiet in the room , chris was approachable, and a helpful host would stay again.

"Great place for short stay."

Location was perfect for transport. And all bars. But was quiet at 11pm. Which we loved.next to funny girls. Flying hand bag etc. Not far from shops. Beach ten mins walk. It was only a short stay 3nights. They don't do food, or bar snacks? But lots places to eat only few mins walk. Would recommend the Station Cafe for breakfast it's only 2 mins walk. Guys who run place were great.

"Excellent Place for a weekend away."

Property is very near to the train station and the many gay bars around the area. It’s short stroll to the centre of town and the seafront. It’s really well run, modern with nice decor and very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. The bar downstairs is open at weekends and has yeah DJ and entertainment. It’s only small but a lot of fun.

Nothing. I’ll be back again.

"Lovely weekend stay"

Lovely staff and management . Lovely hotel , very clean and very well managed Great service , GREAT bar and Dj and drag artist Felt safe and CCTv cameras felt hotel was very secure

Everything was fine , had no issues !
