The location is great. The room upgrade was much appreciated and really enjoyed the lovely balcony, complimentary fruit and the handwritten card from the manager, which was a nice touch. A great selection of toiletries as well. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows and the room was clean. The massage at the spa was amazing and reasonably priced, 10/10. Most of the staff are very kind and do their best to make you feel comfortable.

The spa was nice but definitely in need of a bit of modernisation. There were some rusty parts in the swimming pool and other areas that looked like they needing replacing. The hammam was not very steamy, and had running water left on which wasn’t very sustainable. It would be great to offer a Moroccan hammam as part of the spa menu. The clock in the spa wasn’t working, so as you only have two free hours as a guest, and in my case booked a massage, it’s not very relaxing to keep checking the time at the reception. It would also be a good idea to put some instructions on how to use the sauna for guests as some people don’t know basic sauna etiquette/consideration for others and come in, make loads of noise, don’t shower before entering and put loads of water on the sauna/wave their towel around without asking other guests if that’s ok for them. It would be great to have access to drinking water in the spa. The bathroom in the bedroom was not great. It had old furniture with paint missing or peeling off. There was mould in the shower, a very dirty air vent, and a very clogged shower head, as well as the actual fittings not very professionally done with gaps in the wall. I have seen nicer bathrooms in 2 star accommodation, not what you expect from a 5 star hotel, far from luxurious. Breakfast was quite basic and didn’t look very appealing, it would be nice to cater for a wider range of guests. Maybe some healthy cereal options and yoghurt, more fruits with nuts and seeds would be nice.

Très bon emplacement avec parking privé. Nous sommes venus pour les 50 ans de mon mari et nous avons été surclassés avec un super accueil. Le restaurant est excellent avec une belle vue (n'hésitez pas a y prendre un repas le soir), le personnel très serviable et prévenant. Le spa est sympa.

Le bain turc ne peut pas être considéré comme un hammam, il n'est pas assez chauffé.
