The property is good. Everything okay to me.

Clean. Easy to get in and out.

I couldn’t get tv to work. No sink in kitchen.

Very great place with great interior, good neighborhood. Good scent in the room and quiet.

Diamond 1 is a lovely studio apartment located with rear private entrance shared with Diamond 2 which is a one bedroom lake front apartment. The large room studio apartment was completely dark at night which was fantastic and improved restful sleep.

The large room studio apartment was also completely dark during the day which was not good except one turned on the lights otherwise you need to have the door open which reduced privacy. There is one window next to the door but it appears to be sealed and I was unable to open it to allow light into the room naturally.

Nice clean , good bed , outside seating for two (patio). 12 min. from airport, 25 min. from downtown.

Pictures were accurate. Problem was, It was confusing , need more details about how to access the door , ( inside gated area, first door on the right) Also Shower had no pressure ,or hot water. No natural light , (window) Could use better lighting inside, and under kitchen cabinets.
