Joy and Ghee are lovely and extremely helpful! Short walk to the walking street and restaurants! Wonderful experience! I highly recommend.

Friendly staff, great location, very clean, lovely breakfast.

Lack of power points near bed. Better to have universal power points for international visitors. Shower head did not fit the socket.

The staff, how clean it was, the location, everything was perfect. This is a great hidden Oasis.

The towels, sheet and curtains need to be changed, they are in poor condition. More choice at the bar would be nice too.

Not the cleanest hotel I have been to, esp. in the bathroom there were huge spiders when we got there - which were promptly handles, but still.. Reception closes super early at night (like 19 or 20 pm), so if you need anything you are kinda on your own

They cancelled my booking because I didn’t respond to their email which was sent on the same day as my checkin. I was traveling and without service so I couldn’t respond. And even if I could it’s a bit ridiculous that they’d just cancel a booking. There was no indication that I wasn’t intending of setting at the hotel. Then they offered another room for triple the original price. I stayed elsewhere.

Don’t cancel customers bookings same day as check in.

Best location. A step from the Main Street but still in a quiet area right on the river. Great for couples

The beds and bench cushions were very hard. The water in the shower didn't get very hot.

Great location, right off walking street and overlooking the river. Staff were so lovely and the place had a really chill, relaxing vibe.

Only small complaint is that the towels placed in the room are quite old and same towels used at the pool.
