Family House @ Pai

Perfect location, extremely friendly and accommodating staff - even helped me arrange to get some balloons for my boyfriend’s birthday! Clean room. Can’t fault it!

Managing staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and fresh water given every day. It was so close to the walking street which was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Family House. The room was super clean, spacious and had a great TV. The location couldn’t be better, it’s really close to the Main Street but far enough away that it isn’t noisy, and the tipsy tubing finishes a 2 minute walk away (which was very convenient). The staff were lovely and very welcoming and they cleaned the room every day whilst we were out. The pool was also a nice bonus! Would definitely recommend to stay here :)

The only thing is there isn’t really a bar area / any atmosphere in the evening at the hotel as the reception closes early but this isn’t a problem as it is so close to everything else. Otherwise nothing :)

The facilities, the staff and the best location near to the market but in a quiet place !

Room was clean and spacious, pool was empty most the time so had it to ourselves! Location is amazing & quiet at night

Bathroom could do with a revamp but was functional, deck chairs could also be replaced (minor issues)

Fantastic stay. Pool and room were really clean. Staff helpful, nice area to sit by the river. Bed was comfortable. Really close into town!

Very friendly staff. Great location next to the river. Very good breakfast. Close to Pai Walking Street, but quiet and peaceful. Nice pool.
