Globalement correct, bon emplacement.

Eau stagnante, évacuation douche probablement obstruée. Parking dans la rue. Petit déjeuner inclus décevant (autant ne pas le mentionner)

Ruim appartement, proper, gratis parking op wandelafstand bij supermarkt in de buurt. Koffiezet en capsules aanwezig voor wie graag koffie heeft. Toiletartikelen aanwezig in badkamer. Goede airco op slaapkamer.

Airco beneden werkte niet, en de omgeving van de locatie zelf vond ik niet zo mooi. Het straatje waar het lag was heel smal, dus bij het in- en uitladen van de auto blokkeer je eigenlijk meteen de hele straat. Het ontbijt waren voorverpakte croissants, met confituur en choco, dat hebben we zelf persoonlijk laten staan omdat dat minder ons ding is.

Francisco was a fantastic host. Great communication, very accommodating. Since the unit was ready,he allowed us to check in early which was very helpful to us. The unit was very clean and the air-condition was fantastic! Though it isn't located on the city center, it is very conveniently located to grocery shopping and restaurants. The metro is a 5 minute walk. Breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant named Leone was around the corner. Great food,great service. We are very happy with our stay here.

Since it's located in an alley, neighbors were a bit noisy.

Very nice host, easy communication, the house has everything you need for a short stay. Highly reccomended!!

Čistý domeček, po rekonstrukci. Základní hygienické potřeby, voda a drobné občerstvení k dispozici. Funkční klimatizace. Dobrá dostupnost metrem do centra a na nádraží.

Okolní čtvrť byla zklamáním.

I had a car problem before arriving, and the owner was very helpful in contacting roadside assistance, which I really appreciate. Self check-in and check-out, moderate air conditioning and washing machines, and a gas station and convenience store nearby.

Comfortable, clean, and well reserved. The location is also quite ideal since its about a 7 minute walk to the metro station "Cibali". The TV includes Netflix and other streaming platforms. Air conditioning works great. Highly reccomend.
