Hong Si Hotel- A Home Away from Home

No response to the call and message and when we reached there they said there was no hotel, it was actually shifted to next location.

No response to call and message at all.

There wasn’t much noise at the property

We were originally shown the wrong room from what we booked through Booking. We then told them this and were told that the room we booked would be an up charge (the room with AC). We took the room and decided to wait until morning to deal with it. When we told them that we agreed to a cheaper price than what they tried to charge us, they kept arguing until I literally had to show them pictures of the room on Booking. Then, they looked at us like deer in headlights and knew they were wrong. They then charged us the correct price. Scammy and gross. Also the original room smelled horrible and there was a hole into the wall with dirt.

There was cockroach in the room. But the apartment was good, the bathroom didn't have ventilation. Other than that the walls were dirty. But probably would visit again for the price.

Nothing to like.

Arw you kidding. He doesn't know H of Hospitality, charged me extra doesn't provided breakfast towel and rude as worse as it can get.
