La attention del personal muy bien!

Pagamos una habitación comfort más Cara , pero era igual q las otras, ya q eramos un grupo de amigos y pude verlas todas! Olia muy mal!mucha humored y mal ventilacion Las toallas desgastadisimas y mal lavadas! El desayuno justito! El access al Riad sin señalizacion !

Las toallas, viejas y rotas podían renovarlas . Olía a humedad , estaba lloviendo mucho y entraba agua en el hall , por lo demás bien.

El personal excepcional

En primer lugar, para llegar hasta el Riad no hay ninguna indicación, es fácil perderse, solo ves el nombre cuando llegas a su puerta. Nuestra habitación olía muy mal , cuando llegamos estaba lloviendo mucho y caía mucha agua por la claraboya, por lo que el patio central, donde estaba nuestra habitación , estaba anegado. Algunas toallas estaban muy gastadas. Mi opinión particular, necesita un poco de renovación

La proximidad a la plaza

El desayuno muy repetitivo y muy lento si desayunas pronto para ir de excursion no lo notas pero al desayunar horario normal tardan muchisimo

Отличное расположение в тихом месте - шума с улицы не слышно совсем. Очень приветливый и веселый персонал, особенно менеджер на ресепшен. Все чисто, не смотря на то, что очень старое.

Номера очень маленькие. Вентиляции нет, очень душно спать, приходилось открывать деверь. Подушки не удобные. Завтраки оставляют желать лучшего. Вид на крыше плохой. Очень хорошо слышно что происходит в других номерах, если на ресепшен кто-то говорит - все слышно. С 23 до 07 можно нормально спать, потом начинают ходить и все слышно. Настроить воду в душе нужной температуры очень сложно - сантехника не качественная.
