Nothing to complain

Location was very good - as central as it gets The room was quite spacious and the bed was actually comfortable! Check in was un-manned, so via key-lock and password

Lighting was super dark, and the only natural light was via bathroom window. Room deco was "industrial" look (which was nice), but some parts looked cheap / unfinished, and there was a bucket to catch leaks just outside our door. Sofa cushion was flat/soft - so you can feel all the metal bars of the sofa when you sit - be careful!

The aircond is not cool

Straatlawaai van gemotoriseerd verkeer kwam binnen ondanks het ontbreken van een raam naar de straat. Lift deed het niet, wat vervelend was met zware koffers vier etages de trap op en af. Dit zul je in een groot hotel niet snel meemaken aangezien daar meestal meer liften zijn.

The beds are good, the room is spacious, and the location is close to the ok mall with a cinema inside.

The room is super dark. I was shocked there was a window from the bathroom’s side, but it was hardly adding any light into the room. Had to have the artificial light on during the day and at night. They don’t give you an towels, except for a bathmat. The way the shower is designed, you actually splash all water on the toilet. Plenty of hairs on the floor - they don’t seem to be vacuuming the place. No information on how to handle trash. Overall extremely overpriced for the low quality.

The vibe and design of the room is good. Netflix with logged-in account and YouTube Premium are provided.

No door for the toilet makes the room smelly after use, occasionally there are noises from the room besides or upstairs. Check-in and check out time was strictly set and the checkout time is quite early. No towel was provided at first and waited for a few hours to be sent to our room.
