Balooga 2

The location was perfect. Home was fitted with basic amenities. The pool was fantastic, lawn could do with a trim.

The unit smelt like it was never opened. The stuffy smell was in the curtains, the sofa pillows and in the bedrooms. I had to buy an air fresher. That smell was so annoying. Also the lady at Van Heerden letting, Bianca eeds telephone etiquette. When I called for directions she was so rude and unfriendly, however the lady that helped me when I got to the office was decent.

The place is beautiful, clean and spacious, great locations with friendly stuff, beyond all the place is safe secured parkings and the guards randomly go around to check if all is still well, we could not ask for more, a wonderful place for a holiday.

There was no communication as to where to dispose our full cabbage bag, it will b great to alert people where they can properly dispose after cleaning.besides all was well

Unit needs a good clean. Lamp shades, kitchen area. Tiles in bathroom dirty, shower head bad. All cushions to be replaced

There was no neatening of the unit on a daily basis.
