"Could have been better with a better customer service"

Nice and big place

The place was smelling really bad of cigarette as someone has been smoking before us. The smell was so strong that we had to leave windows open until late. After this we had to close because it was freezing cold in the night but the smell was still there. I informed the lady who let us in and all she did was to just saying oh I’m sorry. No replacement solution, no refund. No help no air filter. Really disappinted
