2 Bedroom Flat, City Centre

Location is decent. Bedrooms were okay. Kitchen was okay.

The smell of the apartment was terrible. There's no extraction fan in the bathroom. There's obviously a water leak somewhere, because the floorboards outside the bathroom were wet between the joints, and the carpet in one room was soaking at the door. There's mould and water staining in the bathroom. There's water staining in one of the bedrooms. And the smell is terrible. Having to collect the keys from the shop nearby wasn't the issue, but, the link I was sent was the wrong code, and had to keep ringing for another 10 minutes when I was in the shop to get a new code. Owner wouldn't answer calls, only replied to texts. Got there in the end though.

Location was great for us as we were travelling with children so quiet area just 10 minutes from the city centre. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed.

We received details from host when we arrived but it was a but unnerving travelling without full details on how to check in. Apt number not on keys and shop didn't know what number it was either.

The bed was comfortable

The property was dirty. No curtains in the bedrooms. The blinds in one of the bedrooms are broken, you can't close them. There's no bottle opener, no corkscrew. No tea towels. Nothing to use to get hot food out of the oven or microwave. Actually getting into the property was extremely difficult. I messaged them at 7am. Phoned them multiple times and still sat outside the property for over an hour whilst booking.com tried to contact them. Then had to walk to a shop a few streets away to pick up the keys. The location is good and the bed was comfortable. But there are far better properties. I don't recommend.

Door glass smashed on entry and just left dangerous loose hanging out. Unclean damp smelly corridors smelly. Location dodgy not what we expected at all. No mugs or complementary tea coffee no wine glasses.
