Clean, well presented property , excellent location. Regular bus service closeby, walking distance to city centre.

As the disclaimer mentions, the property is a little tired in places, mainly the bathroom. However, overall we were very happy with everything.

The property was well furnished and overall pleasant to stay in.

The property wasn’t clean when I checked in. The beds had been slept in, the bathroom filthy and the kitchen unclean- the cleaners hadn’t been round. I rang the property immediately and the woman I spoke to suggested I put down clean towels on top of the bed to sleep on for the night?! I said this was completely unacceptable and they did resolve the issue by paying for a hotel room for my colleague and I to stay in for the night while they got the cleaners in, which seemed fair. I also wanted this night refunded from the property- but as of yet they haven’t done so. It was extremely inconvenient to have to move all of our things and move our work around on the Monday to accommodate checking in on Monday instead of Sunday. Also an excessive security deposit- £175.
