Puiki lokacija – viešbutis įsikūręs ramioje, gražioje aplinkoje, patogu pasiekti pagrindinius objektus. Interjeras šiuolaikiškas, naudojamos kokybiškos medžiagos – jaučiama, kad investuota į apdailą. Aplinka rami, ideali poilsiui ir atitrūkimui nuo miesto šurmulio.

Personalas pasirodė nepaslaugus ir sunkiai pasiekiamas – iškilus klausimui, bandėme susisiekti per booking sistemą, bet atsakymo negavome, o paskambinus buvo bendraujama nemaloniai. Net ir tuščiame viešbutyje jautėmės nelabai laukiamai, paprašius vėlyvo išsiregistravimo, buvo taikomas visiškai nepagrįstai didelis papildomas mokestis, atsižvelgiant į sumokėtą kainą už nakvynę. Kainos ir kokybės santykis nuvylė – kambariai per keletą dienų nebuvo tvarkomi. Komfortui pagerinti rekomenduoju įrengti daugiau kabliukų ar pasidėjimo vietų kambaryje, nes jų trūko.

Overpriced for little value. AC incredibly loud and no blackout curtains made sleeping difficult; no mosquito nets to keep doors/windows open and no microwave. No coat hangers or areas to keep clothes/suitcases. Only one set of large towels. Difficult to locate staff or contact as a foreigner. No Sauna, Jacuzzi advertised as a highlight and included, but is charged at €10 per hour. Bicycles also charges at €3 per hour. No communication re charges and staff were unhelpful. Room not cleaned or attended to during stay despite the high price. Would not recommend.

Stylish design, comfortable sofas, nice added touches like the free green tea, bottle of wine and beach blanket. The proximity to the beautiful beach through the pine trees. Lina who was managing the booking, was extremely kind and helpful, making some changes to make our stay more comfortable. The onsite spa is AMAZING and very good value! Nice restaurants close by and a well stocked shop. Overall it was very nice and we would return.

Booked a three room apartment but it was not the one in the photos or description, it had two bedrooms but only one proper bed and a sofa bed. This was remedied by a mattress topper on the sofa bed which made it comfortable and we were also told we could move apartments half way through, but we decided to stay once we settled. Also a bit disappointed by the view from our balcony which looked onto a parking lot. It was otherwise a very nice apartment. Be aware that the apartments only have basic kitchenettes and are not serviced. We stayed for 8 nights and felt that for the price at least one apartment clean or change of towels should have been offered.

A lot of small, but valuable details were provided, such as the best granola from “Biržų duona” and yogurt in the room, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. If you are traveling with a pet, there is a designated toilet area outside along with bags provided near the trash can if needed.

Some lamps in the room weren’t working properly.

Viešnagė paliko labai gerą įspūdį – apartamentai erdvūs, tvarkingi, su kondicionieriais ir visais reikalingais patogumais. Labai patiko graži ir rami aplinka, patogi lokacija bei galimybė apsistoti su augintiniu. Smagi smulkmena – skani arbata kambaryje, kuri suteikė jaukumo.

Didžiausias minusas buvo tas, kad beveik visą laiką neveikė Wi-Fi ir internetas, todėl negalėjome naudotis Netflix ar kitomis paslaugomis. Taip pat pasigedome indaplovės, kas būtų labai praverstų viešnagės metu.
