Loved that they are dog friendly. Location was great especially with the 2 minute walk to Walmart. Security was on point and designated parking spaces were nice. The view was exceptional!

First night showering and we lost power while showering. The hot water pulls electricity and having the ac on caused the main breaker to trip. We had to go downstairs to have them flip it back on. The same will happen if you are using the washer/dryer while showering. So in order to shower we had to turn off all but one ac unit. Sadly we had this happen 4 out of 9 days. balcony sliding door does not lock and for the living room being used as an extra spot to sleep there are no curtains or shades. Sun light will have you up by 5am. Also one of the restrooms had issues flushing and we had to continuously take off lid to push pump down to fill back up. On day 6 we came back late to a sewer smelling condo and water leaking from one of the restrooms. I notified owner and heard back late the next day. Nobody came by to fix it so we turned off the water to the toilet and stopped using that bathroom. Last few days smelled horrible but thankfully we were not there much. Cleaning lady never showed up and plumber was stopping by the day we checked out. Also floors from the get go were filthy. My kids feet were super black from walking around barefoot.

The view and closeness to shopping were a plus.

The view and neighborhood were perfect for our first trip San Salvador. The building staff and security are very professional and friendly. The kitchen has everything you need. The laundry room has large washer and dryer. The building is next to a Walmart with supermarket so it is easy to get all the basics.

The decor and furniture should be upgraded to something more refined and comfortable. The living room needs curtains because in morning sun is very strong.

No communication with the host

It's was amazing super nice and clean and great aesthetic definitely would stay here again!
