"Good location but property needs better management"

Location and capacity

Swimming pool heating system was not working and we had booked this place specifically for having a heated pool. On contacting the property support team they said that the system had issues and could not be fixed. We were also not sent the check in instructions up until I started following up on the day of check-in since I had not gotten any emails on gate code outdoor code. We also originally had received address of the property and spend some time searching the area looking for the right address. This has not been a pleasant experience based on these these issues. In addition the number of towels that was provided was not enough.
