The unicorn's house sleeps 10 people

location was good for access to the city

the house itself needs repair, downstiars toliet didnt work, skirting board behind sofa was off. There was no smoke alarm in the kitchen and also the light was hanging of the ceiling. The windows were smudged with cobwebs in the corners. The en-suite shower didnt work properly going from hot to cold. The beds were made and possibly some light hoovering was done. The hosue wasnt clean and you could tell that. Disspointing consdiering we paid over £1300 for two nights

Very comfy beds, lots of space.

The downstairs toilet did not flush, the bath was out of order for repairs at the last minute, there was only one tea towel, the knives were filthy, and the windows on the top floor didn't close fully.

Fabulous space, really nicely done and particularly the kitchen/diner is just great!

The cleaning wasn’t great, dishwasher still stacked over the top full and dirty when we arrived, clearly had been a party there the day before and the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. It didn’t stop us really enjoying it though, but there were some concerns like no lightbulbs in some of the lamps, absolutely no instructions for extremely complicated cooker and ovens so I just spent ages googling to get it working to feed eight people, and 2 teaspoons for a house that sleeps of 10 needs some care in checking.

Newly renovated, very clean and great space for groups. Stocked well with speaker, garden furniture, wine fridge, nice bedding and new bathrooms.

The neighbours with the machinery and lots of metalwork. Not the best first impression of the stay. Felt like entering a scrap yard No blinds on top floor bedroom
