Τέλεια τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και σε πάρα πολλά αξιοθέατα. Το διαμέρισμα έχει τέλεια σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεσαι.

Το μόνο ψεγάδι είναι κάποια σημεία στο μπάνιο που χρειάζονται βάψιμο αλλά ίσως κι επειδή ήταν τέλος σεζόν δεν πρόλαβαν να το κάνουν. Άριστο κατάλυμα κατά τα άλλα.

The lockbox was not working and it took forever to get someone to come and help with the key. We were only staying a night and we were very tired. The combination of the late check-in hour (4pm) and the fact that we could not get in till almost 5.30 really affected us negatively. When we finally got in and wanted to take a shower, we were surprised that there was no soap available and had to head out to buy some! totally unacceptable!

- unkmplizierte Schlüsselübergabe (Lock Box) - sehr gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar - Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen direkt um die Ecke

- Leider bestand keine Möglichkeit meinen Koffer für einige Stunden einzulagern (allerdings gibt es einige Luggage Storage Einrichtungen um die Ecke) - eine der Lampen funktionierte nicht - Bett ist für 2 Personen sehr schmal und die Matratze ziemlich ausgelegen

Nice design, easy check-in, good location (quite close to the center and bus station, many cafes and bakeries nearby), there's a terrace although with no view

Some equipment is quite old, especially in the bathroom/toilet, flushing often didn't work from the first time, hand shower was cracked and leaking, in the morning someone opened the terrace with their key and did something there

Bastante confortável e muito bonito.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στην καρδιά του Ηρακλείου, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά της παλαιάς πόλης.Ωραία διακοσμημένο καθαρό δωμάτιο, η αυλίτσα δίνει μια αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας.Υπήρχε μπουκάλι νερό στο ψυγείο το οποίο ήταν χρήσιμο γιατι φτάσαμε μεσάνυχτα κι έτσι δε χρειάστηκε να τρέχουμε να βρούμε ανοιχτό περίπτερο.

Προέκυψε πρόβλημα με το καζανάκι το οποίο τελικά δε κατέστη δυνατό να διορθωθεί στο σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα της διαμονής μας.
