Peaceful, and the bed was comfortable.

Needs more lighting, and it took a minute for the hot water to heat up. But we were on the 3rd floor.

Bugs

The cold water in the faucet dis not work. The outlet next to the faicet did not work. The door to the room did not shut properly and you could see a large gap under it. The curtain was not attatched i. The corner, so light streamed i to the room all night.

I don’t want to say the hotel itself was terrible because you could tell it’s been recently updated. I did check for bed bugs and did not find any but We did kill multiple bugs in the room including one cockroach. The shower water did not get hot at all, there was no tissues, shampoo, conditioner, any type of soap at all. Both toilet paper rolls were empty upon arrival. There was some guys next door that stayed outside our door hanging out in the bed of their truck all night drinking, yelling and smoking, so our room smelled like marijuana all day and night…which isn’t the worst thing but they were just so loud until about 4am. There was no coffee pot in the room so we went to the lobby in the morning because it says they have breakfast but they had absolutely nothing and the coffee pot was empty and turned off.

Clean, nice size room, quiet and good location.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave. I really liked that it didn't have carpet.

Outside of building could use some clean up!

Great clean upgraded rooms will always stay here going through Richmond ky. The value of the rooms are fair price great location off the exit.
