Apartment was clean and comfortable Great view of pool. Love the complex we stay there regularly.

Balcony shutters had no lock. Did inform contact nothing done. We secured balcony shutters with our case padlocks! Pressurised to transfer dep, after being told someone would meet us with a card reader. Which I did, they did not like pending in a bank account. So done it again with credit card. Not great start to the holiday. Not much room to get in the shower, as washing machine right next to it.

Plenty of messages back and forth regarding checkin and check out. However Despite multiple reach outs for clean bedding and towels requests were ignored. You have to pay for sun loungers to lay by the pool in the apartment complex. Patio door doesn’t close

Pool fab, apartment quiet. But hard to know which apartment your booking and alot are private owned. Otherwise everything was fine

I found the booking difficult as I booked with booking.com but you must give your passport details etc and deposit separately. I had 3 different people WhatsApp me which made me nervous about scamming and hence stopped me sending details before arrival. This made Check in quite difficult. It would be great to have a front desk at the parque 11. No lockbox was the other downside.

Balcony, although one chair was unusable as it was broken. Difficult as we were a family of four!

Was dirty upon arrival. Floor filthy. Hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Cockroaches in kitchen. Shower small and weak.

Apartment, fantastic size group of 3 would comfortably accommodate 4 Balcony overlooking the pool, 3rd floor accessible with lifts Kitchen and living space with all you'd need to eat in Comfortable beds Location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach, main strip, supermarket etc Great communication from host on access to the property

No issues at all

The apartment was in a good location and the man who met us on arrival was nice, friendly and helpful. On the whole, the apartment was great and a bonus was the washing machine!

The beds were a bit hard, the apartment was a bit tired looking and there were a few things broken or falling apart. No air con but the fans were helpful except it got very hot downstairs and the metal gate to the balcony was difficult to open.

Good, clean appartments. Have all you need for comfortamble stay. Amazing central location.
