We were dropped off by taxi at a short distance from the riad but the walk down was really pleasant and felt safe especially as it had security guards on to assist with directions. Breakfast was delicious and staff were so lovely.

People with mobility issues might struggle with steps.

L emplacement est super , près de tous les attraits touristiques, à pieds on peux tout voir. Un accueil chaleureux de toute l équipe, un grand merci à Jamal et Jamila et Samira pour leur service et gentillesse, les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Je recommande fortement. Un grand Merci de la part de toute la famille.

"Beautiful, calm and welcoming hotel!"

Beautiful, calm hotel in a perfect location: easy walking distance to everything but quiet at night. The decoration is truly beautiful. The team was extremely welcoming and helpful! Jamal accompanied my husband to the pharmacy when our daughter was ill and Jamila prepared a local tisane to help her stomach. Jamila and the other ladies were fantastic: breakfasts were copious & delicious and the rooms were spotless! Lovely hammam onsite, relaxing massage, great experience! Finally, the pool (bigger than usual for Marrekesh!) and rooftop terrace were great, really nice for a dip after a hot day of sightseeing and relaxing at sunset. While we didn’t have dinner or lunch at the hotel during our 5 nights, it looked delicious and we will try it next time for sure! Thank you, Jamal & Jamila for a wonderful stay!

Magnifique, établissement, décoration, vraiment sympathique, nous avons bénéficier d’une suite f’ familiale avec accès direct à la terrasse, c’était super sympa Le personnel était vraiment au petit soins avec nous le responsable de l établissement a tout fait pour nous rendre service Les dames qui gèrent le petit déjeuner et autres nous ont regalé et servi avec beaucoup de gentillesse Et le massage dans le spa incroyable

Accueil très agréable dans un beau riad avec une super équipe (mohamed, samira, nezha et les autres..). Je conseille fortement les repas sur place, un vrai délice.
