The location was my favorite spot. Love how the gas station was right next door, the room was super clean. Excellent spot. I was even able to have my dog, no extra cost :)

Only one entrance and we had to walk all the way around to the front office.

"I will not come back and will not recommend"

Train your staff to learn the appropriate customer service hospitality.

Just this night, I approached the front desk for because I have talked to someone this morning that I will extend. So I know that I have to pay. I disturbed him from sleeping and sitting at the corner, and was told initially that I cannot extend my stay. Not until that I told him I talked already when we are outside that I have to extend because our flight is tomorrow. He is rude when he is talking to me. I just responded irritated to him because of his attitude towards me. He asked for my husband’s ID who is carrying our toddler who is dead tired and he insisted. I am thinking that it is just for extension anyways. Then he is telling me not in a good voice that I have to pay 140. I told him wait because I have my aarp discount. He told me no, I have to pay 140. He didn’t give me the chance to show my membership. His face and tone of voice initially and up to this conversation is impolite. I don’t know why he asked for my id in my phone where i told him that I don’t have my ID with me. And how come he is telling me that I have discounted rate its not in the receipts. Before he accused me of giving him the attitude, he is the one who initially portrayed rude attitude. And was sleeping in the corner, not my fault to disturb u from sleeping. And the first day, the floor is dirty, my children’s socks had been brownish to blackish in color after they have played in the floor.

The man at the front desk is such a nice guy. He helped me bring my bags inside, (most hotels just watch u struggle) he always has a smile and greets you when you come in and go out.
